Return Policy
Items shipped from MySouq.com.eg can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories)
After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your refund. After the return is processed it may take 2 to 4 business days for the refund.
Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product before issuing the refund/replacement. We reserve the right to collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product before issuing the refund/replacement.
Note: In the event, that customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items that are not in original condition or by canceling or not accepting the orders placed, MySouq reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block, and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
Note: We will not accept the return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items that were not originally purchased from our website. In case we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and your actions may result in restrictions on your account including limiting your ability to return items in the future, order cancellation, and/or MySouq account closure. Any such item that you send or return to MySouq cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you. We can only process a return concerning correct items that are returned following our policies.
